What We Provide

Personalized Daily Support
We help with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication management—always with kindness and respect for each resident’s independence.

Family-Centered Environment
With only 5 residents our caregivers can form real connections with each individual. Our team becomes an extension of your family, offering 24/7 support and emotional care in a real home, not a facility.

Completed in 2025, our brand new home offers each resident their own private room and attached bathroom. Every resident’s room is equipped with a television and separate heating/cooling unit to personalize comfort.

Engaging and Enriching Days
Each day includes home-cooked meals, peaceful routines, and opportunities for meaningful activity—conversation, music, puzzles, time outdoors, and personalized hobbies.

Full Spectrum of Care
From light daily assistance (Level 1 Care) to advanced needs and hospice (Level 3 Care), we adjust our care as your loved one’s needs evolve. Our caregivers meet Oregon’s highest standards for adult foster care licensing.
